FROM MONTAUK & ALL POINTS ON THE SOUTH FORK:
Travel west on Montauk highway (27) to exit 65N route 24 North (Flanders Road). Then travel west to the intersection of route 24 and route 105. At the light turn right on to route 105 North and proceed over the Peconic River Bridge to the "Hubbard Ave." exit. At the stop sign turn left on to Hubbard Aveneue East. Travel Hubbard Ave. to the stop sign at the Hubbard Ave. and Edgar Ave. intersection. Turn Left on to Edgar Ave. and we are the third building on left.
FROM ORIENT & ALL POINTS ON THE NORTH FORK:
Travel west on route 25 West until it turns in to route 48 West. travel route 48 West until it turns in to Sound Ave. West. Travel Sound Ave. West to the "Hamlet of Northville and turn left on to Church lane South. Travel Church Lane South to the route 25 and Church Lane intersection. Turn right on to route 25 West and take to the route 25 West and Edgar Ave. intersection. Turn left at the light on to Edgar Ave. South and travel south. We are the third building on right hand side before the Edgar Ave. and Hubbard Ave. intersection stop sign.
FROM WESTERN SUFFOLK COUNTY ON THE SOUTH SHORE:
Travel on Sunrise Highway East to exit 63N route 31. Travel route 31 North to the traffic circle and take the second exit for route 104 North. Travel north on route 104 and bear right on to route 105 North. Travel through the route 24 and route 105 intersection and proceed over the Peconic River Bridge to the "Hubbard Ave." exit. At the stop sign turn left on to Hubbard Aveneue East. Travel Hubbard Ave. to the stop sign at the Hubbard Ave. and Edgar Ave. intersection. Turn Left on to Edgar Ave. and we are the third building on left.
FROM WESTERN SUFFOLK COUNTY ON THE NORTH SHORE:
Travel on Long Island Expressway (L.I.E.) East to exit 71 East route 24 (Nugent Drive). Travel east on route 24 to the traffic circle and take the third exit to CONTINUE on to route 24 east. Travel route 24 east to the route 24 and route 105 intersection. At the light turn left on to route 105 North and proceed over the Peconic River Bridge to the "Hubbard Ave." exit. At the stop sign turn left on to Hubbard Aveneue East. Travel Hubbard Ave. to the stop sign at the Hubbard Ave. and Edgar Ave. intersection.
