WSM Performance Parts 983-300 Gimbal Bearing Puller.
Removes gimbal from Mercruiser, OMC Cobra and Volvo-Penta SX Sterndrive Transom Plates.
Features:
Comes with plate to accommodate both Mercruiser and the OMC Cobra Bell Housing.
Two thrust races and a bearing separate the pressure plate and the tensioning nut.
A guide pin is welded to the puller and slides through the pressure plate. This allows you to expand the front of the puller without putting your hand or a wrench inside the Bell Housing.
This Blind Hole puller has three 120 deg. segments that fit into and lock onto the inner race of the Gimbal Bearing for easy removal.
Spacer allows for 360 deg. wrench rotation.
