Sierra 18-8312 Gimbal Housing Repair Kit is designed to repair the Mercruiser Alpha one Generation II transom housing u-joint bellows flange. This innovative product is a benefit to the repair and maintenance of any problem gimbal housing. Each kit includes a new bellows boot with a machined poly vinyl chloride pvc repair ring, fitted to the end. Read and follow instructions for surface preparation and install the replacement bellows with the waterproof epoxy in position and let epoxy cure for at least 24 hours.
