  • Shieldsaust – C Hose has a black synthetic rubber tube and cover.

  • It is reinforced with double wire helix imbedded between plies of synthetic cord and is abrasion resistant.

  • It is resistant to exhaust fumes, ozone, mild chemicals,
    antifreeze, and saltwater.

  • This hose is primarily used for wet exhaust connections with significant bends, engine
    intake and scupper lines.

  • The temperature ranges from -20°F to 200°F continuous, 250°F intermittent.

  • The hose now has double the ozone resistance required by SAEJ2006.

  • This hose meets SAE J2006 Type R2 standards.

  • Bend Radius = 4 x I.D.
