Insta-Trim Boat Leveler 12700-UNIV Universal Motor Pump.
The motor used in all insta-trim® systems is a powerhouse with coated wiring and a built in thermo overload which protects against temperature and amperage build up. The motor is made up of 1 3/4 stack windings and is mounted on top of the hydraulic pump eliminating oil leakage. The motor is mounted with stainless steel nuts and bolts, and can easily be disassembled.
All our brass fittings are custom made to ensure a tight, leak proof, connection.The brass hose fittings ( 1/8? Pipe thread), connects to the solenoids on the motor pump. The hydraulic hose attaches to the brass hose fitting and is sealed with our stainless steel hose clamp.
The outside housing and reservoir are made of high impact abs plastic and mounts easily with two stainless steel tapping screw (10 x 1). Built in oil reservoir mounts allow for easy access to the motor pump. Our cover helps protect the motor from occasional wash downs. Each housing comes with 2 (#10 x 1) mounting screws, 2 flat washers (#10) and 2 rubber grommets. The reservoir comes with 1 reservoir plug installed.
